Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every Lune Etoile purchase to bring you joy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Returned in the original jewellery box and packaging provided

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

• Returned with the original metal authenticity tag attached

• Returned with all protective labels, stickers, and security seals intact and unremoved

For verification purposes, any item returned without its original metal tag, original packaging, or with removed paper stickers/seals may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Earrings (unless faulty)

• Personalised or custom-made items

How to Request a Return
Simply email us at hello@luneetoile.doctifydigital.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• The reason for your return

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Important Note
To protect against fraudulent returns and to ensure product authenticity, all returned items must match the original product details recorded at the time of dispatch. Items that fail our verification process may be returned to the customer without a refund.
